I had gotten the Sony Acid pro 6th Edition Music Editing software, from Pro Sound and Stage Lighting (pssl.com), 
which by the way I had an excellent shopping experience, got it priced really low, and had no problems at all with the staff, they were extreamly knowledgeable.
Sony Acid Pro 6, has been an amazing software for our production company, the effects plug ins and the editing ability have been exactly what we have needed.
